The MMIJ’s fiscal year is from January to December of each year. Members are requested to prepay their membership fee for one year.

If a transfer is made under the name of a company, organization, etc. without prior notice, we may not be able to process your payment properly and your membership fee may remain unpaid.
If you prefer the “electronic withdrawal” of your membership fees from your bank account, please notify our Secretariat [info@mmij.or.jp] by e-mail.※When you are currently paying by electronic withdrawal but plan to switch to postal transfer or bank transfer from next year, please log into your “Member’s My Page” and complete the procedures for changing the payment method by October 10 of the current year on your own. If the procedures are not completed by October 10th, please consult with our Secretariat [info@mmij.or.jp] by e-mail as soon as possible. The procedures for terminating the electronic withdrawal may not be made in time, depending on the timing of your notification.Example: If your wish to change the payment method starting with the membership fee for the fiscal year 2019 (January to December), please complete the changing procedures by October 10, 2018 and, in accordance with an invoice to be sent from the MMIJ in November 2018, transfer the membership fee by December 31, 2018.
